Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
Our website uses Google AdWords. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.
AdWords is an online advertising program. We use conversion tracking within the framework of our online advertising program. If you click an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking will be placed. Cookies are small text files your web browser stores on your terminal device. Google AdWords cookies will be rendered invalid after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the users. Every Google AdWords client will receive a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords clients. Conversion cookies are used to create conversion statistics for AdWords clients who use conversion tracking. AdWords clients learn how many users have clicked their ad and have been forwarded to pages with a conversion tracking tag. However, AdWords clients will not receive any information that personally identifies users. You may object to its use if you do not wish to participate in tracking. The conversion cookie must be deactivated in the user settings of the browser in this case. You will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics then either.
“Conversion cookies” are stored based on point (f) of Article 6 (1) GDPR. We as the provider of this website have a legitimate interest in analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise our web offer and potentially our marketing.
